I
jumped on the bandwagon and purchased a pack of SkinnyMint to try. It should
not be foreign to those active on social media platforms, but for the benefit of those
who doesn't know. It is actually a 14/28 days tea-tox program which helps
detoxes your body. It
comes with two cleanses, morning and night, whereby the morning cleanse helps
to kick start the day with extra energy, and the night cleanse to
revitalize and cleanse the body.
I've
heard of many good reviews about it including those from close friends of mine so I
am really excited to see if actually works on me! But I am guessing for it to
work even more effectively, I’d have to make some alteration to my diet and
yes, I am willing to make a change. I always feel bloated, and sometimes I do get acid re-flux! I am telling you, it feels really uncomfortable! Hopefully this program would a catalyst that would help me reach my "healthy lifestyle" (not crazy workouts or counting calories but to motivate me to eat more greens, move my ass a little more) goal. I'll break down my posts into 3: first day, seventh day and last day so that I can update on the differences.
